As a human, especially in this culture, we are very much wrapped up in earning our keep ... it's no surprise that when it comes to our Christian faith, and Grace, we wrestle with this fact ... but perhaps this will help ...

Salvation is indeed earned!

What? Oh yes ... oh yes!

It requires not just work, but perfect works.

It requires not just sacrifice, but perfect sacrifice.

It requires not just being good, but being perfect.

It requires not just submission, but perfect submission.

... however, you're not the one who earned it. Jesus did ...

Through Him, and Him alone, brothers and sisters, you are righteous!
