2025

 

For 2025, I want to break free of the shackles that hold me back from living a life in open joy and love for Christ. The heart of flesh that Christ has given me in place of my heart of stone is far too often overshadowed by my own sin and flesh. While those closest to me know my deepest and truest hopes and joys, I often hide them out of a fear of vulnerability, or keep them far too shallow and simple. I just want to be more open and true to my identity in Christ—not in some generic spiritual faith, but in Him. Be more like Christ, love more like Christ, and live in the lasting joy He provides, which far surpasses any temporary and fleeting earthly happiness this world tries to offer in its hollow exchanges. Lord, increase my joy and boldness this coming year, for Your glory and my good.
