His Just Wrath is Praiseworthy

Reading through Revelation 15, the portrayal of God's wrath strikes me so much differently than it had in the past, the more I come to know Him through His Word. It's a stark reminder that His justice and wrath are not to be feared but praised. In this chapter, the gospel narrative is seen with sin being conquered once and for all, and it's a testament to God's sovereignty and righteousness. His wrath isn't without purpose, but in fact very purposeful, showing His glory, justice, and the redemption of His elect. As I ponder on this, I'm filled with thankfulness now for His just wrath, knowing that it ultimately leads to the triumph of righteousness and the death of sin ... forever.
